Custom clothing embroidery is one of the techniques we use to create branded workwear and uniforms for our customers.
The embroidery process is almost entirely automated, meaning that we can produce quality garment embroidery very quickly. Our high-speed embroidery machines are capable of embroidering your logo on a wide range of products, including:
custom embroidery: how it works
1. First of all, we convert your logo or design into a digital format that our embroidery machines can understand.

2. Next, under the supervision of our trained staff, our machinery embroiders your design onto your chosen garment. The machines use thousands of stitches (and multiple thread colours if necessary) to produce a top-quality finish.

3. Finally, we send you the finished garments so that you and your team can wear them and look fantastic!
How Much Does Our Uniform Embroidery Service Cost?
The cost of your custom clothing embroidery will depend on the size of your design and the level of detail it requires.
Note that we charge per application rather than per garment. If you order one polo shirt that features two separate embroidered logos, this counts as two applications and we will charge accordingly. We offer bulk discounts, so the more applications you request, the less you’ll pay for each one.
If we receive your order and determine that the logo / design you’ve requested would be classified as ‘large’ or ‘extra large’, we will contact you to inform you of the extra charges. However, the ‘standard’ stitch count is sufficient for the vast majority of orders we receive.
Custom Workwear Embroidery: More FAQs
How do I wash embroidered workwear?
For longevity, it is best to turn your custom embroidery inside out and wash on a gentle cycle and air dry. The heat from tumble driers can sometimes damage the embroidery but low heat tumble drying is sometimes an option.
What kind of designs work best for work uniform embroidery?
Simple, bold logos or slogans with solid colour work best as intricate details can sometimes get lost in the thread. Any text will need to be a clear and legible size to ensure it is recognisable from a distance.
